As part of our Resource Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with donors and sponsors, coordinating fundraising events, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our programs.

As part of our Resource Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with donors and sponsors, coordinating fundraising events, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our programs.

• Hone and execute our comprehensive fundraising strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with donors and community partners who share our mission.
• Coordinate and execute fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and community initiatives.
• Prepare compelling grant proposals and track grant progress and reporting, all in coordination with the resource development team and other relevant departments across the organization.
• Conceptualize and implement strategic fundraising campaigns and appeals.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and fundraising activities.
• Generate reports on fundraising progress and key performance indicators.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (minimum 3 years in a fundraising role).
• Required language skills: Mother•tongue English required, perfect comprehension of spoken and written Hebrew required, fluent spoken and written Hebrew a significant plus.
• Ability to multi•task, independently coordinating several projects at the same time
• Prior experience managing compliance on grants from foreign ministries a significant plus.
• Proven success in fundraising and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship•building skills.
• Proficiency in donor management software and fundraising tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and project management abilities.
