What You’ll Do
• Write compelling donor•facing materials: proposals, reports, presentations, and more
• Conduct in•depth research to identify new funding opportunities in Israel and abroad
• Support donor relationship management and help improve retention
• Integrate AI tools into fundraising and donor communications to increase efficiency and impact
• Assist with compliance and deliverables for donor agreements
• Collaborate with our programs and leadership teams to align strategy with impact on the ground

What We’re Looking For
• Native English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills
• High•level Hebrew – comfortable speaking, reading, and writing
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – required, but we care more about your skills and mindset than your major
• Strong research abilities and attention to detail
• Tech•savvy and curious, especially about AI tools and innovation
• Passion for digital equity, social innovation, and Appleseeds’ mission
• A proactive team player who can also take initiative and work independently
• Bonus: Experience with grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit development tools
