Employment

“Our mission is to meet the challenge of developing human capital in a changing employment landscape through the advancement of digital and technological equality”

We take an active role in designing the new world of work in Israel – promoting and developing human capital, providing basic and advanced technological training and forging partnership with leaders in the shifting employment landscape.

The employment landscape in Israel is changing at a rapid pace.
Appleseeds operates a variety of technology training programs to help members of underserved communities integrate into the hi-tech sector. Course content ranges from the basic skills needed to operate in a computerized environment to advanced bootcamps for junior developers.we also teach soft skills to ensure smooth integration into the hi-tech sector, and to help boost financial independence in the short and long term. Appleseeds is proud to train thousands of participants each year. We have maintained close, yearslong partnerships with leaders in the field and our staff has over 20 years of collective experience in the worlds
of hi-tech and job placement.

At Appleseeds, we understand that the quickly changing labor market requires leaders in academia, business and the public sector to advocate for the importance of lifelong learning. This path begins in the first years of public school education and continues through certification programs, academic degrees, and eventually the job market. Promoting that vision through high-level collaboration is why we established the Anashim.IL Community

ANASHIM.IL

The Israeli Innovation Community – Education, Learning, and Work – the Anashim.IL community, created by the Innovation Community of the Ministry of Economy and Industry in cooperation with the Innovation Authority, Directorate-General of Labor of the Ministry of Economy and Industry, and Digital Israel, under Appleseeds’ leadership.

Our task is to respond to the challenge of developing human capital for the changing world of work. The community encourages entrepreneurs to develop solutions for education, learning, and employment while forging connections between members of the community in various fields along with technological initiatives, existing and new, for potential customers, investors, and new markets.
